Konn The Frog has lots of fans in Malaysia, and was lucky to be looked after wherever he went. Britain’s stamp on the former colony is everywhere and he travelled all over the country, from the Cameron Highlands, to Kuala Lumpur, to the lovely island of Penang. Konn stayed for the 50th Merdeka celebrations, which turned the whole of

KL into a giant party zone! Overall, Malaysia is a fun, safe place

to travel, which never seems far from the British years which

shaped much of its present infrastructure.
